No Boundaries Couch to 5K Training Program

 

No Boundaries is a nationwide program sponsored by New Balance and Fleet Feet Sports that is designed for beginning runners and people who are currently inactive or minimally active. The program focuses on beginners, but all levels of runners and walkers are welcome.

 

**Note: This program meets twice a week. Wed evenings at 6:00 pm and Sat mornings at 8:30 am** 

 

Program starts Saturday, April 12th at 8:30 am
