This program has group runs based in the North Dallas suburbs and should be accessible for most Dallas area runners.
Goal race is the Special Olympics 5km in Coppell.

Program Schedule: Sundays, 7 a.m., Tuesdays, 6:30 a.m., Thursdays, 6 p.m.
