Training Runs

 Training For a Fall Marathon or half marathon?

Beginning in June join us for your long runs. These runs are aimed towards the  Lakefront and Chicago Marathon and August and September Half Marathons.

Marathon training runs will begin Sunday, June 13th at 8am and run for 16 weeks. Half Marathon training runs will begin Sunday June 13th at 8:30am and run for 12 weeks. 

These training runs will include:

  • Coached weekly long runs on Sundays
  • Nutrition Samples
  • Nutrition Seminar
  • Technical Tee
  • Camaraderie

Registration deadline:

  • Marathon training deadline is Sunday, June 6th. Program registration is $75 and does not include race registration.
  • Half Marathon training deadline is Sunday, June 6th. Program registration is $75 and does not include race registration.

Fall 10k training program

Want to increase your mileage or just need a little help getting back into running after the winter?  Come participate in this great program!

Program Participants will receive:

  • A complete 10-12 week training program and calendar with detailed workouts
  • Two coached weekly training sessions per week
  • Weekly emails from coaches to answer individual questions
  • Technical Shirt

Informational meeting will be held at Fleet Feet Sports Brookfield on Monday, August 9th at 7:00pm.

Program begins Wednesday, August 18th at 6:30pm.
