10K Training

Next Informational Meeting: January 9th at 7pm
Program will run January 15-March 17th

Group will meet Sundays at 9:30am.

As part of our 10K Training Program, participants will receive:

  • A complete 10 week training program and calendar with detailed workouts
  • Coached group run each week
  • Weekly emails from coaches with tips, advice, motivation and encouragement
  • Dedicated support from coaches and mentors
  • Technical Shirt

Participants should be able to run 2.5 miles independently by the first training run. Program fee is $75 and does not include race registration.
