This group is designed for beginner and intermediate runners who can currently complete a 5k without walking. Following our training plan will get you prepared for race day and will help each training member reach their individual goals.

Weekly emails from coaches with tips, advice, motivation and encouragement
Dedicated support from multiple coaches to answer individual questions
Periodic clinics focused on technique, nutrition & hydration, injury prevention, apparel and other topics to be determined
