Our 5k Training Group is designed for beginner runners looking to complete their first 5k or get back into running. This group is also great for intermediate runners looking to work on their speed/pace. Following our training plan will prepare you for race day and will help you reach whatever goals you've set for yourself.
Coached group runs twice a week
Weekly emails from coaches with tips, advice, motivation and encouragement
Dedicated support from multiple coaches to answer individual questions
Periodic clinics focused on technique, nutrition & hydration, injury prevention, apparel and other topics to be determined
