Full Marathon Training

Our Full Marathon Training program is designed for intermediate runners able to run at least 6 miles consecutively. Training includes a blend of strength and endurance training sessions to aid you in developing speed and longevity. A wide range of pace groups for various abilities provides a tailored program to fit your needs.

Scheduled Group Runs

  • Saturdays at 7 a.m. Long run
  • Tuesdays at 6 p.m. Speed/endurance workouts

*Please note: The full marathon training group will only proceed if at least 6 participants are registered. If at least 6 participants are not registered, the individuals who did register will be given the choice to join a different training group or receive a full refund.
