Half Marathon Training

Our Half Marathon Training program is designed for intermediate runners able to run at least 4 miles consecutively. Training includes a blend of strength and endurance training sessions to aid you in developing speed and longevity. A wide range of pace groups for various abilities provides a tailored program to fit your needs.

  • Weekly emails from coaches with tips, advice, motivation and encouragement

Scheduled Group Runs

  • Saturdays at 7 a.m. Long run
  • Tuesdays at 6 p.m. Speed/ endurance workout
