Half Marathon Training

Next Informational Meeting: January 9th at 7pm
Program will run January 14th-March 31st

Group will meet Saturday mornings (time tbd). As part of our Half Marathon Training Program, participants will receive:

  • A complete 12 week training program and workout calendar
  • Coached group runs each week
  • Weekly emails from coaches with tips, advice, motivation and encouragement
  • Dedicated support from coaches and mentors
  • Technical Shirt

Participants should be able to run 4 miles independently by the first training run.
