Marathon Training

As part of our Full Marathon Training Program, participants will receive:

  • A complete 16 week training program and workout calendar
  • Coached group runs each week
  • Clinics on select days throughout program with topics including nutrition, injury prevention, cross training, etc.
  • Weekly emails from coaches with tips, advice, motivation and encouragement
  • Dedicated support from coaches and mentors
  • Technical Shirt

Participants should be able to run 8 miles independently by the first training run.
