Marathon Training
As part of our Full Marathon Training Program, participants will receive:
- A complete 16 week training program and workout calendar
- Coached group runs each week
- Clinics on select days throughout program with topics including nutrition, injury prevention, cross training, etc.
- Weekly emails from coaches with tips, advice, motivation and encouragement
- Dedicated support from coaches and mentors
- Technical Shirt
Participants should be able to run 8 miles independently by the first training run.
