Our No Boundaries Beginner 5k Program is geared toward beginner runners or walkers with the goal of completing their first 5k or returning to the sport after injury or time off. This program is our only training program utilizing walking and running intervals. After a successful completion of our No Boundaries program, you will be ready to move up into our 5k running program if you so choose. Through this program you will learn basic knowledge related to running and leading a healthier lifestyle. There are no running requirements in order to be a part of this program- you must simply be willing to put in the work and have a desire to increase your running over time!
