Our Winter Warriors program combines our typical 5k, 10k and Half Marathon Training Programs. The program will have two coach-led group runs per week, including one workout and one long run. Each run will have multiple distance options available in order to cater to all levels of runners. Whether you are training for a winter running series race, gearing up for a 5k, 10k or Half Marathon PR, or are simply hoping to maintain your fitness through the winter months, the Winter Warriors program can help you achieve your goals!
- Scheduled group runs: Wednesdays (workout) at 6 p.m. and Saturdays (long run) at 8 a.m.
- Weekly core class: Mondays at 6:30 p.m.
- Weekly emails from your head coach including a discussion topic for the week, motivation and encouragement!
- Periodic clinics focused on injury prevention, running techniques, nutrition/hydration, or products.
- Member exclusive In-store discounts throughout the program.
